President Ponno and wife Dora together with Vice President Philips Roy and wife Sushila Assistant Secretary and Secretary David Bok and wife, Sant Kaur and Treasurer Alison Chong attended the Peranakan Association of Singapore – Peranakan Ball on 21 August 2015, to Celebrate and honour “50 Remarkable Peranakans” of Singapore
At this special Jubilee evening of culture and entertainment at the Grand Ballroom, Fullerton Hotel is Guest of Honour is President Tony Tan Keng Yam, himself a Baba.
The 28th Baba Nyonya Convention is held in Singapore starting from 4 November 2015, to 8 November 2015, and the three associations :
are the hosts for Singapore convention.

The Convention is held at same time as the Peranakan Arts Festival 2015 which will be the first time that the Peranakan culture will be expressed through Theatre, Music and the Arts in a 5-day Festival featuring 2 World Premiere Theatre shows, 3 Seminars, free public performances and a myriad of exhibitions and showcases artworks by Peranakan visual artistes and a bustling bazaar with exclusive Peranakan merchandise on sale!
